This special lot of coffee comes from both Pinhal and Santo Antônio Farms in the south of the state of Minas Gerais. Exceptionally sweet and soft in the cup, this lot is composed of a handful of heirloom coffee varietals, each derived from the Bourbon strain, each contributing to its delightful flavor. Going back more than five generations, this producer group has been growing excellent coffee and pioneering conservation on their estates for more than a century. The producers have their Rainforest Certification and are committed to the well being of the land under their care and to their employees.
